    Nose: Lifted aromas of floral cherry, violets and briary notes with an underlying dusty complexity from French oak maturation.

    Palate: The medium bodied palate is fine and well-structured with mouth filling dark fruit flavours along with chocolate and gravelly characters. The Merlot component makes the wine softer and fleshier, a perfect match with tomato based Italian dishes and deeply savoury tastes you find in roast chicken, mushroom and parmesan.

    Nose: Lifted aromas of blackcherry, blueberry and spice.

    Palate: The Cabernet component adds body and weight in the mouth. While the Graciano component adds savoury undertones of cedar and tobacco. The Tannat adds firm tannins and a generous finish. This is the first time Katgully Wines has bottled this blend of 3 different varieties of Swan Valley fruit. Pair with spiced beef sausages or Marinated lamb skewers and creamy mash.

    Palate: Medium bodied showing classic Sangiovese cherry fruit flavours along with fruitcake like characters from the Graciano component.  A lighter style of wine enjoyed at lunchtime, slightly chilled and served with a range of tapas dishes.

    Colour: Deep red

    Nose: Intense aromas of raspberry and blackberry fruits. With a hint of cinnamon spice.

    Palate: Full bodied with flavours of sweet raspberry, plum and subtle vanilla oak. A rich mid palate and soft, velvety tannins add great structure and a generous finish. Drink in front of a fire on a winter’s night with a selection of hard cheeses such as aged farmhouse Cheddar from England.

    Colour: Rich Ruby Red

    Nose: A complex aroma of sweet plum and dark fruits. Complemented by cinnamon and spice.

    Palate: Full bodied, balanced and rich with sweet flavours of plum and dark chocolate. Firm tannins with fine oak influence add complexity and texture. Fire up the barbeque and open a bottle of Two Vineyard Shiraz. Drink with family and friends; pair with a char-grilled 500 gram grain-fed Angus Sirloin steak. The strong flavours of the Shiraz and high levels of tannins need robust food to match.
