Nose: A complex bouquet of dark fruits including blackcurrant, raspberry, violets and nutmeg spice.
Palate: Full bodied, mouth filling and bursting in flavour. Maturation in quality French oak has contributed flavours of cedar and spice. Firm tannins add structure to the finish. Drink while celebrating!! Lamb is the traditional match for Cabernet Sauvignon, char- grilled lamb chops or a juicy spring lamb roast will be a perfect accompaniment to this fine wine.
