Nose: A complex bouquet of blackcurrants and brambles, well complemented by leafy undertones and perfumed oak.

Palate: Medium bodied with flavours of cassis and blackberry. Softened by the merlot component, fine fruit and oak tannin creates a well-balanced finish. Drink with a slow-cooked lamb and tomato ragu with fresh pasta.

This is the first time Katgully Wines has bottled this blend of 3 different varieties of Swan Valley fruit. Pair with spiced beef sausages or Marinated lamb skewers and creamy mash.

Fire up the barbeque and open a bottle of Two Vineyard Shiraz. Drink with family and friends; pair with a char-grilled 500 gram grain-fed Angus Sirloin steak. The strong flavours of the Shiraz and high levels of tannins need robust food to match.
