Colour: Dark purple

Nose: A complex bouquet of blackcurrants and brambles, well complemented by leafy undertones and perfumed oak.

Palate: Medium bodied with flavours of cassis and blackberry. Softened by the merlot component, fine fruit and oak tannin creates a well-balanced finish. Drink with a slow-cooked lamb and tomato ragu with fresh pasta.
